Group work: Sports Portugal \ Italy In Portugal there are three main sports and some main clubs: 1st- Football- FC Porto\ Benfica\ Sporting 2nd- Basketball- Benfica\ Vitória de Guimarães\ FC Porto 3rd- Volleyball- Benfica\ Fonte de Bastardo\ Sporting de Espinho In Italy there are three main sports as well and important clubs: 1st -Football- Inter\ AC Milan\ Juventus 2nd -Basketball- Armani Jeans\ Siena\ Cimberio 3rd -Volleyball- Trentino\ Piacenza\ Macerata Between Portugal and Italy there are not too many differences between the sports practised in each country. All the sports practised are similar to those practised in Portugal. Only in Italy swimming and dance (ballet) have more prominence than in Portugal. In Portugal handball and hockey have more importance than in Italy. These are the small differences between each country in relation to sports.
