Tracking sheet for Anthogyr Guiding System® cutting instruments usage This table enables to track the number of uses of cutting instruments from Anthogyr Guiding System ® surgical kit for Axiom® REG/PX. Before first use and after each surgery, all components must be decontaminated and sterilised following the manufacturer’s recommendations (cf Anthogyr Guiding System® User guide). For high performance and optimal clinical results, it is recommended that all cutting instruments are limited to 10 uses.
